Toast and coffee
Hello.
I love coffee, even instant coffee, and I love toast. Made with brown bread, something self-consciously healthy like wholemeal or stoneground, or wholemeal stoneground. With a banana, or half a banana.
I like red wine, and the occasional beer, and cheese, and tomatoes, and really good bread, like those specialist ones they sell in supermarkets and bakeries for about 22p a roll. I like the idea of the Mediterranean diet, such as the afore-mentioned items, plus salads, and olives and olive oil. I like Guinness , now and then.
I'm not above eating convenience food, or plastic food, and I like watching fancy recipes on MasterChef and those programmes, and I like the idea of eating in posh restaurants with chefs I've heard of, but I mainly like eating simple food, because it's cheaper and takes less time to prepare. And tastes better and is better for you, and you have a better idea of what's in it.
I like food. In fact I don't think I could live without it.
